3-agreement structure

Anonymization before Meridian sees anything

Raw data flows directly to a dedicated anonymization partner. PII is stripped, identifiers are redacted, and only the anonymized output reaches us.

You decide what's in scope

You control exactly which systems, datasets, and time periods are included. Nothing is touched without explicit, agreement-backed authorization.

Three-agreement legal structure

A Data Processing Agreement, Data License Agreement, and Services Agreement separate roles and responsibilities cleanly — reviewed by Blank Rome and Foley & Lardner.

Licensing, not selling

You retain all rights to the underlying data. Frontier labs license anonymized versions under specific use terms — there's no transfer of ownership.

It depends on vertical, data depth, and longitudinal coverage. Sunsetting SaaS typically lands in the low-to-mid five figures. Regulated verticals like healthcare and financial services can be materially higher. Wound-down companies with deep, multi-year corpora command premium pricing. We share specific economics on the intro call.

The most valuable corpus is the operational record of knowledge work: how teams communicate, escalate, coordinate, build, and execute. Slack threads, ticket histories, codebases, code review comments, customer support escalations, and project decisions. The labs are training agents to perform work — and this is the closest thing to a record of how humans actually do it.

Harvest is a licensing model, not a sale. Your company retains all rights to the underlying data and licenses anonymized, redacted versions to research counterparties under specific use terms. There's no transfer of ownership.

Customer data, PII, and any other identifying information is stripped before anyone outside the anonymization partner sees it. The labs license patterns of work — not personal information. The three-agreement structure was built specifically to put you outside the personal-data perimeter.
